The municipality of Alfter is planning to build a new cultural and sports hall with recreational use on the roof.

The basement is built in solid construction in the ground. The base plate is produced in WU concrete quality. The waterproofing of the walls is done as a black tub. From the ground floor, the timber structure will be built with V-columns, truss girders and wooden ceilings as the building end. The roof is used as a sports area.

A blower door test is created in the building. Accordingly, all building connections must be made airtight.
