Kymsote Real Estate Ltd is requesting an offer for the asbestos and disruptive mapping service and quality assurance measurements in the context of asbestos work and worktime sampling.
Asbestos and Disruptive Mapping ServiceThe purpose is to map out possible disadvantages affecting the demolition of buildings or premises in building parts and technical systems. Disadvantage mapping is carried out in accordance with the construction data instruction cards RT 18—11247 (Asbestos mapping, research method), RT 18-11244 (Disadvantage survey, subscriber instruction) and RT 18-11245 (Disadvantage survey). A separate report will be prepared on the mapping, which will later be used by the subscriber as a competitive document for the demolition chore of the building. The mapping should include all field work and the necessary equipment (e.g. electricity, water to targets).
In addition to surface materials, harmful substances within structures and other harmful substances that may have been absorbed into structures are examined. Structural openings are carried out for the clearing and sampling of structures.
The task of the malicious study may be one of the following:
- A comprehensive asbestos and disruptive study of all or part of the building
- Constricter surface mapping for operation and maintenance
- Local survey before demolition or construction openings
- Updating old studies
- Landfill eligibility and reuse studies
Quality assurance measurements in the context of asbestos work and worktime samplingExpert assignments
1. The investigations are intended to establish the purity of the asbestos demolition works department after asbestos demolition work, before the demolition of the underpressure demolition compartment. The study takes air samples as well as swabs from surfaces.
2. The purpose of the studies is to establish the detection of possible asbestos-containing material found at the site using material and swabs.
The survey results/analysis response should be available to the subscriber per day from the time of sampling.
