The purpose of the Tender is to conclude an Agreement with one supplier in the field of carrying out the financial administration so that continuity is guaranteed during the term of the agreement.

The costs for outsourcing the financial administration are estimated at €150,000 (excluding VAT) per year and €1,200,000 for the maximum duration of the Agreement (8 years) excluding migration and implementation costs.
