The Da Vinci College wishes to conclude framework agreements with which the following objectives are achieved:
- Hiring the right candidate at a sharp, transparent and market-compliant rate (fee);
- Optimal support from Da Vinci College with regard to the hiring of Flexible Workers, that means in concrete terms: one permanent contact person per Contractor and an unambiguous and simple hiring process with as few administrative actions as possible for the Da Vinci College;
- Working with Contractors who have a lot of market knowledge and a broad network to be able to fill in hiring issues properly, including with tightness in the labour market;
- The lawful hiring of Flexible workers in accordance with the Procurement Act.
