The University of Oulu requests your offer for backup storage services in accordance with this invitation to tender and its appendices.

The aim is for the Supplier to produce a backup storage service for the University of Oulu with the Supplier's own backup system and licenses. The Subscriber does not own the equipment of the Backup Storage System or acquire the licenses required for backup storage, but these are included in the price of the service.

The Supplier has overall responsibility for the backup storage system and services. Among other things, the supplier is responsible for the design, installation, functionality, monitoring and information security of the system.
