The subject of the contract is the cleaning of the rainwater sewerage network, street drains, separators of petroleum substances and drainage ditches outside the belt along with the round-the-clock emergency ambulance in the Bytom Municipality. The Ordering Party divided the order into three parts:

Part 1: Ongoing and emergency/emergency cleaning of nets, street drains and linear drainage:

As part of Part 1, the Contractor shall perform:

a) Ongoing (systematic) cleaning of street drainage devices, rainwater drainage network and linear drainage.

b) Intervention cleaning of street drainage equipment and rainwater sewerage networks.

Part 2: Ongoing cleaning of separators of petroleum substances located in the city of Bytom.

Part 3: Cleaning of drainage ditches located outside the road lane

Ongoing and emergency cleaning of nets, street drains and linear drainage:

As part of Part 1, the Contractor shall perform:

a) Ongoing (systematic) cleaning of street drainage devices, rainwater drainage network and linear drainage. The Ordering Party provides for a single cleaning of the network, street drainage devices and linear drainage in the estimated quantities given below.

1. Cleaning the street drain with unblocking the canal along with the disposal of waste pcs. 4010

2. Cleaning of wells with a diameter of 1200 mm and a depth of up to 3 m along with waste disposal pcs. 33

3. Cleaning with TV inspection of rainwater drainage with a diameter of 300 to 600 mm along with waste disposal mb 3500

4. Cleaning of linear drainage with waste disposal, width up to 110 mm, depth up to 150 mm 100 mm

5. Protection of the DN1200 well with concrete cover 20

Ongoing (systematic) cleaning of the network, street drainage devices will be ordered in relation to specific sections of a given street, designated by the Ordering Party, in accordance with current needs on the basis of written orders issued for individual services, specifying their scope, place, method and date of execution. Payment of remuneration will take place after the performance of services in a given month, invoices will be issued no more than once a month. Orders will be settled after their execution on the basis of unit prices specified by the Contractor in the Offer Form, but these orders may be both comprehensive (i.e. consisting of more than one type of services from among those specified in the Offer Form) and single, in accordance with the needs of the Ordering Party.

b) Intervention cleaning of street drainage equipment and rainwater sewerage networks.

Intervention services will be performed successively, in accordance with the current needs of the Ordering Party on the basis of written orders issued by the Ordering Party for individual services, specifying their scope, place, method and date of performance. Orders will be settled after their execution on the basis of unit prices specified by the Contractor in the Offer Form, but these orders may be both comprehensive (i.e. consisting of more than one type of services from among those specified in the Offer Form) and single, in accordance with the ordering party's needs related to the maintenance of street drainage devices and rainwater sewerage network.

In addition, at the stage of implementation of Part 1 of the contract, the Ordering Party requires the Contractor to provide unlimited telephone contact 24 hours a day, on working days, on Sundays and holidays, to receive emergency reports. By "emergency situations" the Ordering Party means the creation of water backwaters, caused, m.in, by excessive rainfall, malfunction of drainage devices or other reasons that threaten the safety of vehicular or pedestrian traffic, as well as the removal of clogging (including debris removal of wells) and their effects. The Ordering Party specifies the required "response time" in emergency situations up to 4 hours from the moment of notification of the event. By "reaction time" the Ordering Party means taking action by the Contractor at the place where the backwater occurred.

Services in the ordered scope will be performed successively, in accordance with the current needs of the Ordering Party, on the basis of written or electronic orders issued by the Ordering Party for individual services, specifying their scope, place, method and date of performance. Orders will be settled after their execution on the basis of the unit price specified by the Contractor in the Offer Form in the estimated amount given below:

1. Cleaning of separators of petroleum substances Mg 555

The subject of the contract is the cleaning of drainage ditches located outside the road lane in the Bytom Municipality.

The basic activities of maintaining the trench in proper technical condition include:

a) Mowing and raking grasses and shrubs from slopes, the bottom of the ditch and flat areas adjacent to the ditch at a width of 1 m from the edge of the slope,

b) Selecting the sludge from the day of the ditches and removing any jams

c) Cleaning the area from residual construction, debris and garbage

(d) Export of pollutants and their disposal

(e) Land plantation

Services in the above scope will be performed successively, in accordance with the current needs of the Ordering Party, on the basis of written or electronic orders issued by the Ordering Party for individual services with the determination of their scope, place, method and date of performance. Orders will be settled after their execution on the basis of the unit price specified by the Contractor in the Offer Form
