1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of maintenance services for green areas, paved areas owned by the Municipality of the City of Tychy, administered or maintained by the Municipal Board of Residential Buildings in Tychy, through its organizational unit, i.e.: Technical and Operational Department, hereinafter referred to as DTE with its registered office in Tychy at 31 Filaretów Street

whose scope includes, inter alia:

(a) maintenance of green areas: ongoing maintenance of cleanliness and order in green areas, raking leaves, mowing lawns, cutting off turf at curbs, trimming hedges, care of bushes;

b) maintaining cleanliness in paved areas and winter maintenance of footpaths, squares, access, access and internal roads, disinfection of substrates

in free-standing garbage cans;

c) tree care, tree planting services, plants, grass sowing, etc.
