Supply of electricity for the city of Szczecinek and its units from 1.1.2020 to 31.12.2021

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity for the City of Szczecinek and its units in the period from 01/01/2020 to 31/12/2021 "in the total estimated quantity of 12 865 038 kWh and broken down into tariffs:

a) in the single-zone tariff R - 3 920 kWh,

b) in the G11 single zone tariff - 66 508 kWh,

c) in the G12 tariff, in the daytime zone - 31 172 kWh,

d) in the G12 tariff in the night zone - 19 124 kWh,

e) in the C11 single zone tariff - 1 764 816 kWh,

f) in the C12B tariff in the daytime zone - 972 686 kWh,

g) in the C12B tariff in the night zone - 1 344 294 kWh,

h) in the C12W tariff in the daytime zone - 80,720 kWh,

i) in the C12W tariff in the night zone - 233 560 kWh,

j) in the C12A tariff in the peak zone - 405 728 kWh,

k) in the C12A tariff in the off-peak zone - 1 121 188 kWh,

l) in the C21 single-zone tariff - 537 050 kWh,

m) in the C22B tariff in the daytime zone - 815 102 kWh,

n) in the C22B tariff in the night zone - 524 074 kWh,

o) in the C22A tariff in the peak area - 146 240 kWh,

1.1. The Ordering Party shall conclude the contract on behalf of the City of Szczecinek and its units listed in Annex 1 to this Agreement, which are final recipients, within the meaning of art. 3 point 13a of the Energy Law of 10 April 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 755, as amended).

1.2. The subject of the contract is the sale of electricity to individual final customers listed in Annex 1 to this contract, as part of a joint order carried out for the City of Szczecinek and its units pursuant to art. 16 of the Act of 29 January 2004 Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1986, as amended).

1.3. A detailed list of electricity consumption points of the City of Szczecinek and its units is contained in Annexes No. 1.1, No. 1.2, No. 1.3, No. 1.4, No. 1.5, No. 1.6, No. 1.7, No. 1.8, No. 1.9, No. 1.10, No. 1.11.

2. Active electricity is supplied via a distribution network belonging to a given Distribution System Operator (hereinafter referred to as DSO),

Ie. ENERGA-OPERATOR SA, to the network to which the given energy consumption point is connected (hereinafter referred to as PPE) to the final recipient.

3. The Contractor is obliged to have a signed general distribution agreement with DSO, ie ENERGA-OPERATOR SA, to the network of which the Final Recipient's PPE is connected (applies to contractors who are not the owner of the distribution network).

4. The Employer declares that the City of Szczecinek and its units have the legal title to use the facilities for which electricity is to be sold under this contract.
