Audit and testing of financial statements 2021-2024 of the state company Wald und Holz NRW.

According to the articles of association of the state company Wald und Holz NRW, the company is obliged to prepare an annual financial statements as well as a management report in accordance with the Commercial Code and to have it audited by an auditor. The auditor is appointed by the Ministry of Environment, Agriculture, Nature and Consumer Protection NRW.

The audit usually takes place after the end of the respective fiscal year in the first quarter of the following year.
