Provision of legal services for the structuring and awarding of a complex public procurement contract for the purpose of an industrial partnership of an institutional and/or contractual nature and the study of other arrangements likely to be implemented

In order to secure its needs in terms of the supply and installation of sizing equipment, RTE plans to set up an industrial and/or contractual partnership (or any other arrangement that may be implemented) with an industrial operator (the Project).

In this context, RTE wishes to be assisted by a law firm for all phases and legal areas relating to the structuring and, optionally, the implementation of the Project.

The Contractor must have first-rate expertise and experience in the fields of (i) public business law, in particular public procurement law and complex arrangements such as partnership contracts – public-private partnerships including project financing, (ii) corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, (iii) regulation of the energy sector, (iv) contractual practices, (v) competition law, etc.
