The purpose of this tender is to conclude a contract with 1 supplier for the realization (including migration), implementation, management and maintenance of a software solution. Delivering licenses including maintenance are covered by the contract. The total duration, including optional extensions, of the Agreement is ten (10) years. The duration of the agreement is based on the relatively large effort made in this tender by the Contractors to this tender and the Client, as well as the impact of this renewal within the organization of the Client. The initial duration of the Agreement is four (4) years, with 3 times an option to extend for two (2) years each. The contract starts on 1.7.2019 and automatically ends on 1.7.2023. The Client will, if the option for the first extension is lifted, make this known to the Contractor in writing no later than 1.4.2023.

The assignment consists of realizing, migrating data from SAP and implementing the desired software solution. During the assignment, maintenance and management falls within the scope.

The NZKG Environment Agency has 361 permanent employees and also has a flexible layer of around 110 employees with temporary and temporary contracts.
