The process steps to be followed in the context of advice for environmental permits, external safety, events, etc. are recorded. The exchange of source data with both internal and external systems such as municipalities and environmental services can be realized through so-called interfaces. The risk management department wants to work in a risk-oriented, information-driven and target group-oriented way. The department wants to do this in a clear and efficient way for its 22 municipalities.
