Catering service with reduced environmental impact, according to the methods indicated in these specifications, for pupils, for teachers entitled to meals in the nursery and primary schools of Cervignano del Friuli, and for users of the “V. Sarcinelli”, in the different phases of:

• supply of foodstuffs;

• preparation in "cool-hot link", cooking, packaging, transport, portioning and distribution of meals;

• preparation, rearrangement and cleaning of tables, chairs and floors in the canteens of the individual school complexes and the rest home;

• maintenance, cleaning, rearranging and sanitizing of kitchen equipment (worktops, chafing dishes, etc.), including cleaning of rooms and floors.

• removal and disposal of waste according to the indications of the public collection service
