The AG as the top association of statutory accident insurance and a part of its members (accident insurance funds and professional associations as carriers of statutory accident insurance) intend to purchase translations of texts into German sign language films as well as the creation of texts for German sign language films. For the complete production of these films and, if necessary, speaker texts, the AG is looking for a competent service provider as a contractor (AN). Details about the performance components are listed below.

Most of the films required are DGS-films intended as standard for the websites of public institutions according to BITV 2.0. All content must be made barrier-free in accordance with BITV 2.0 according to the current state of legislation. These must be created individually for the individual accident insurance companies and trade associations. This is the following standard content:

— “Information on the essential content of the website”,

— “Notes on navigation on the website”,

— “Accessibility Statement” and

— “Notes on accessible media”.

These films need to be updated annually if needed. The AG also needs translations into German sign language for other content whose topics have not yet been determined.
