1. The object of the order is the delivery of computers, hereinafter referred to as Equipment, for the purposes of the project “Academy of Innovative Applications of Digital Technology (AI TECH)” under PO PC. A detailed description of the object of the order is contained in the Tender Form - Annex 1 to SWZ.

2. The equipment must be factory new and must come from the official distribution channel to the Polish market. All components of supplied Equipment must be factory new (unused).

3. All elements specified in the description of the item of the order must be an integral part of the Equipment. The Contracting Authority does not allow the ability to configure the Equipment with external elements, except where the description of the item of the order clearly indicates it.

4. The Contractor shall be responsible for the quality of delivery of the Equipment and the components used.

The subject of the order is the delivery of 16 PCs, for the project “Academy of Innovative Applications of Digital Technology (AI TECH)” under PO PC. A detailed description of the object of the order is contained in the Tender Form - Annex 1 to SWZ.
