Open tender, entirely managed electronically, relating to the execution of the works for the construction of the hydraulic channel connecting the Lama San Marco and the Lama Valenzano and the urban mending roads necessary to reconnect the areas left closed by the works relating to the altimetric variant of the Bari ring road and the San Marco – Valenzano hydraulic canal and the Sant'Anna underpass located at the progressive pK 653 + 292 of the historic line between Bari and Bari Torre a Mare.

The validation of the project based on the tender took place with note prot. RFI-NEMI.DIN.DIS.AD\A0007\P\2022\0000307 of 17/11/2022.

The amounts of the work involved in the intervention, including security charges, and excluding tax charges are as follows:

OS21 can be spun off for an amount of € 1,552,551.69;

OS03 can be spun off for an amount of € 160,486.09;

Reclamation from explosive devices € 232,687.58 category B. TER classification II. The services may be subcontracted only to companies in possession of the requirements established by Ministerial Decree no. 82 of 11 May 2015 ascertained by the competent Office of the Ministry of Defense.

The total amount relating to the transport, disposal or recovery of waste is € 6,489,323.22; if the contractor does not meet the requirements of the legislation in force, the services must be subcontracted to qualified companies as reported in paragraph I), subcontracting of the tender specification and in the contract outline in the same annex.
