The purpose of the contract is to develop the set of actions in SISCAT centers to adapt their information systems and investment in computer devices with extraordinary storage capacity to facilitate both their protection and their individual access for doctors and hospitals that request the test as those who perform it, jointly and pseudonymised. A technological platform is required that integrates clinical, genomic and pharmacological data in a unique environment of specific tools, which allows continuous updating and access in a simple and automated way of genetic results, whether associated with a diagnosis, prognosis or treatment, optimizing the process of interpretation of variants and the quality of clinical management of cancer patients in Catalonia
