Licence administration means the purchase and maintenance of licences and software and internal consultancy services / Software Asset Management (SAM).

The purchase of licences shall be made via the Supplier as a reseller of third-party licences.

The contract will cover the contracting authority's needs for licences and administration as these change during the contract period. This contract will cover the contracting authority's entire need for Citrix licences and associated administration.

The contracting authority can also need to procure other licences, including Adobe and Veeam.

Nittedal Municipality carried out a thorough review of its licence portfolio before this notice, but would like the chosen tenderer to assist with the final review/counting of licences before new EAS and EDU contracts are signed and new licences ordered.
