The purpose of the Master Agreement with purchase orders is to set up a shared GIS, with corrective, adaptive and evolutionary maintenance. The Seine-Normandy Water Agency, as coordinator of the grouping of orders, is responsible for signing the framework agreement, notifying it and executing it on behalf of the group.
