SNCF RÉSEAU wishes to acquire innovative solutions for secure computer data transmission for SNCF Réseau railway sites outside stations.
The purpose of this contract notice is to select candidates capable of developing and deploying on the national territory.
Development and Deployment of Security Information Transmission (TIS)Lot 1: Development and Deployment
TIS (Computerized Security Transmission) is part of the development of fibre throughout the RFN.
It will eventually replace the TMS (Multiplexed Safety Transmission).
The TIS project aims to propose a new generation of Safety Transmission that will meet the following objectives:
• Have for the RFN a Security Transmission System (SIL 4) compatible with a fiber optic support and deployable on the SNCF InfraNet network.
• Allow the regeneration of High Level TMS on Conventional Line including bilateral safety transmissions,
• Take into account cybersecurity requirements
The needs have been estimated at around 1700 TIS blocks.
