1. The subject of the contract is the performance of repairs in the maintenance level P4:

1) three diesel rail buses type 214Mb series SA135-021, type 214Mb series SA135-022, type 214Mb series SA135-024,

2) one diesel rail bus type 222M series SA222-002,

3) one diesel rail bus type VT628 series VT628-009/019.

The subject of the contract includes:

in the scope of task No. 1 - performing repairs in the maintenance level P4 3 (three) diesel rail buses type 214Mb series SA135-021, type 214Mb series SA135-022, type 214Mb series SA135-024 along with performing works going beyond the permanent scope of repair (including filling in deficiencies), modification and replacement of all monoblock wheels together with a set of brake discs in a vehicle type 214Mb SA135-024.6.

A detailed description, scope and manner of implementation of the subject of the contract are specified in the Draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ and annexes to the Draft provisions of the contract – within the scope of task No. 1.

Dot. All tasks: In all provisions of the SWZ and its annexes that refer to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, in accordance with Article 101(4) of the PPL, the Contracting Authority allows the use of solutions equivalent to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems indicated in the SWZ and annexes, if they allow to obtain features or parameters not worse than those referred to in the SWZ and annexes. If equivalent solutions are used, the Contractor shall prove in the tender, in particular by means of the evidence referred to in Articles 104-107 of the PPL, that the proposed solutions meet the requirements set out in the description of the subject of the contract to an equivalent degree.

The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor and the subcontractor (if the Contractor entrusts part of the contract to a subcontractor) perform the contract with employees employed under an employment contract in the scope of activities indicated in § 2 of the Draft Agreement Provisions (PPU), constituting Annex 3, 3.1, 3.2 to the SWZ. The method of documenting the employment of employees, the rights of the Contracting Authority in the scope of control of compliance with the requirements by the Contractor and sanctions for failure to meet certain requirements are included in the PPU.

The contractor should have implemented a quality management system based on the following standards: ISO 9001 and IRIS (ISO / TS 22163) in the field of maintenance of railway vehicles.

The subject of the contract includes: in the scope of task No. 2 - repair in the P4 maintenance level of one diesel rail bus type 222M SA222-002 series along with the performance of works going beyond the permanent scope of repair (including filling in deficiencies), modification and inspection of the drive unit. A detailed description, scope and manner of implementation of the subject of the contract are specified in the Draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 3.1 to the SWZ and annexes to the Draft provisions of the contract – within the scope of task No. 2.

The subject of the contract includes:within the scope of task No. 3 – repair in the P4 maintenance level of one VT628 series VT628-009/019 diesel rail bus, along with the performance of works going beyond the permanent scope of the contract (including filling in deficiencies) and the rim of 4 wheelsets. A detailed description, scope and manner of implementation of the subject of the contract are specified in the Draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 3.2 to the SWZ and annexes to the Draft provisions of the contract – within the scope of task No. 3.
