The scope of the subject of the contract includes the collection and management of municipal waste from the owners of real estate on which residents live, located in the Raba Wyżna Municipality, including the collection and management of municipal waste received at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, hereinafter referred to as "PSZOK", located in the Raba Wyżna Municipality.
1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in collecting municipal waste from the owners of real estate on which residents live, located in the Raba Wyżna Commune and managing this waste in a way that allows: 1) achieving by the Municipality appropriate levels of preparation for re-use and recycling of municipal waste in accordance with the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1297, as amended); 2) limiting the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill in accordance with the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1297, as amended) and implementing regulations to the Act. 2. The scope of the subject of the contract includes the collection and management of, in particular, the following types of municipal waste (and any of their quantities): a) non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste with code 20 03 01, b) paper (codes: 15 01 01, 20 01 01), c) glass (codes: 15 01 07, 20 01 02,), d) metals, plastics and multi-material packaging waste (codes: 15 01 04, 20 01 40, 15 01 02, 20 01 39, 15 01 05, 15 01 06), (e) bio-waste (codes: 20 02 01, 20 01 08), f) expired medicines and chemicals (codes: 20 01 32, 20 01 13*, 20 01 14*, 20 01 15*, 20 01 25, 20 01 27*, 20 01 28, 20 01 29*), g) used batteries and accumulators (code 20 01 33*, 20 01 34), (h) waste electrical and electronic equipment (code 20 01 35*, 20 01 36, 20 01 23*), (i) furniture and other bulky waste (code 20 03 07), (j) used tyres (code 16 01 03), (k) waste ineligible as medical waste which has arisen in the household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes (code: 20 01 99), l) hazardous waste (codes: 20 01 19*, 20 01 21*).
