The assignment relates to the delivery, installation and commissioning, including aftercare, of the Audio Visual Systems, in accordance with the Program of Requirements.

The aim of the Client is to be provided with AVS that is in line with the activities to be performed in the 2 schools and thus meets the technical and functional requirements of the Client. This is to get maximum results from the AVS for good implementation of the activities within SOVOP and in line with education and the educational vision.

The AVS must be functional and sound and must also contribute to the desired functionalities within the buildings.

It concerns the Audio Visual Systems for two schools, among others in appendices 4-1 and 4-2 the price sheets, the numbers are given per type of AVS.
