The market concerns the maintenance of green spaces of the town, shrubbery and hedgerows (Avenue Saint-Germain des Noyers and only), the planting and fallow roundabouts of the city, the maintenance of pedestrian routes ( lot 1), pruning, planting and maintaining trees (lot 2). Concerning the lot nº 1 maintenance of the green spaces, it is about an ordinary market with global price and lump sum. Concerning the lot nº 2 pruning, it is about a framework agreement with orders of order, single-beneficiary, without putting back in competition with a minimum annual of 60 000 EUR HT.
