This contract is an open-ended soil survey services contract.

It is a contract with a price schedule (AR 18.4.2017, art 4º).

This market is a joint market initiated by the Idelux-Aive group. All of the group's intermunicipal entities, their subsidiaries and the municipalities in contractual relation with the group will be able to benefit from it.

This contract will be concluded by framework agreement for a period of 4 years. During this period, each service request will be the subject of a specific order letter from the contracting authority. At the time of writing the conditions of this contract, the contracting authority is not able to define precisely the quantities of services it will need.

This market has a single lot.

"This contract relates to the designation of a service provider to:

- Carry out orientation studies, characterization and combined with any risk studies, remediation projects, monitoring of acts and remediation works and final evaluations, pursuant to the decree of 1 March 2018 on soil management and soil remediation,

- carry out drilling, sampling and necessary analyzes,

- carry out land quality controls as part of the AGW of 5 July 2018 on land management and traceability,

- provide expertise and advice in these areas.

The services will be performed in the Province of Luxembourg or in the South East of the Province of Liège. "
