This contract concerns the supply of gourmet boxes that will be distributed to senior members of the Puteaux Senior 2019 Card. This consultation involves two services:

- basic offer - benefit 1: box for a single person,

- basic offer - benefit 2: box for a couple.

It is recommended that the food products that make up the packs for a single person or a couple be identical except for their volume. The description of the services and their technical specifications are described in the special clauses.

This contract is a modified procedure contract that has been applied in accordance with Articles L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1 of the French Public Order Code. This contract is a lump-sum single market contracted to the act of commitment and in the decomposition of the overall lump sum price. The amount allocated to a box for a single person (benefit 1) must be less than or equal to 30 EUR TTC. The amount allocated to a box for a couple (service 2) must be less than or equal to 42 EUR TTC. The contracting authority will order 1,700 sets for a single person and 650 sets for couples.
