This is the European tender of the Agreement in the field of hiring Interim professionals. The Contractor provides Services with regard to the provision of Interim professionals, by a network of third parties (Suppliers and freelancers) and also includes the MSP tasks. The Assignment focuses mainly on the provision or deployment and contracting of:

• Detacheringskrachten

• Deta-vast

• Freelancers

The Contractor provides Services with regard to the provision of Interim professionals by a network of third parties (Suppliers and Freelancers).

The Contractor also provides the following Services:

1. Hiring desk on Location with own staff;

2. Intermediary services;

3. Contract management on the Deployment Contracts;

4. Contractor's system; The delivery of a system in which all administrative tasks, information and process steps are recorded, including management;

5. Pro-active sourcing;

6. The required Implementation and Transition Services;

7. Exit- Retransition services upon termination of the Agreement.
