The subject of the order is the delivery of a new, free from defects and non-third party IT equipment - Supply of computer equipment, printers and presenters.

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of new computer hardware, printers and presenters for the Faculty of Management and Economics of the Gdańsk University of Technology without any defects and without any third party rights.

- The subject of the order is delivery:

a) All-in-one desktop computers for the computer laboratory - 21 items (100% option);

b) 3D printers with 3D scanner and consumables - 1 item (0% option);

c) Wireless presentation devices - 15 items (100% option);

d) Monochrome laser printer - 1 item (100% option).

- The equipment should have stickers with: name of seller, date of guarantee.

- Delivery of the above equipment is to take place within 1 day. The contractor must inform the customer about the delivery 24 hours a day in advance.

2. The subject of the contract specifies: A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 3 to the ToR.

3. Designation of the subject of the contract according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary: 30200000-1 (computer devices). Additional codes: 30232100-5 (printers and plotters), 32322000-6 (multimedia devices), 30232110-8 (laser printers).

4. The Purchaser reserves the right not to complete the contract to the full extent. The contractor will not make any claims against the contracting authority in this respect.

5. If it is necessary to increase the scope of the subject of the basic contract, the contracting authority shall exercise the option right, in accordance with the quantities specified in the detailed description of the subject of the contract.

6. Deliveries under the option right will be carried out by the contractor on the basis of separate orders issued by the contracting authority, at prices and on the same terms as the basic order.

7. Detailed provisions regarding the implementation of the subject of the contract are included in the model contract, constituting Annex 4 to the ToR.
