1.The subject of the contract is to conduct evaluation studies and prepare reports on the project entitled Małopolska Night of Scientists 2023 (MNN), activities co-accompanying the Małopolska Researchers' Night 2023 entitled Scientists in schools (Nwsz) and an event supporting the economic development of the region entitled Global Entrepreneurship Week in Małopolska 2023.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ) is attached as Annex 1E to the SWZ for the first part and 1F to the SWZ for the second part, they will be introduced as annexes to public procurement contracts.

3. The terms of performance of the contract are included in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be introduced into the public procurement contract – model contract and constitute Annexes No. 1C to the SWZ for the first part and 1D to the SWZ for the second part (hereinafter referred to as the model contract).

Preparation of an evaluation report of the project entitled Małopolska Night of Scientists 2023, which will include:

• Analysis and interpretation of data obtained from the online survey [CAWI] – a maximum of 250 surveys and a maximum of 2000 questionnaires completed on paper –. In total, a maximum of 2250 survey questionnaires will be analyzed.

• Analysis of data obtained from telephone questionnaire interviews [CATI] with up to 5 scientists involved in the project – interview length approx. 20 minutes

• Analysis of data obtained from telephone questionnaire interviews [CATI] with up to 5 project coordinators in partner institutions – interview length approx. 20 minutes.

• Analysis of online surveys, existing data, in order to obtain information on the degree of effectiveness and efficiency of the activities carried out by the organizer.

Preparation of an evaluation report of the co-accompanying activity of the Małopolska Researchers' Night 2023 entitled Scientists in schools, which will include:

• Analysis and interpretation of data obtained from questionnaires completed on paper – a maximum of 300 questionnaires.

• Analysis of data obtained from telephone questionnaire interviews [CATI] with up to 3 representatives of institutions participating in the implementation of the engagement in its implementation – interview length approx. 20 minutes.

Preparation of an evaluation report for the event entitled Global Entrepreneurship Week in Małopolska 2023, which will include:

• Analysis and interpretation of data obtained from the online survey [CAWI] – up to 500 surveys and questionnaires completed in paper – up to 500 surveys. In total, a maximum of 1000 survey questionnaires will be analyzed.

• Analysis of data obtained from telephone questionnaire interviews [CATI] with up to 5 project coordinators in partner institutions – interview length approx. 20 minutes.

• Analysis of existing data in order to obtain information on the degree of effectiveness and efficiency of activities carried out by the organizer.
