Framework agreement for office furniture

The client and the authorities represented by him have a need for office furniture. However, the items are not needed at a certain time, e.g. due to wear and tear, staff increases or property changes, but according to short-term needs. Therefore, the conclusion of a framework purchase agreement with a contractual partner over four years is sought.

Tables, containers, sit-stand work tables and cabinets

The subject of this framework contract is the purchase as well as the delivery and assembly of office furniture after appropriate individual retrieval of the customer's points of need.

The office furniture to be supplied and the requirements placed on it are described in detail in Appendix 1 to this contract (product and performance requirements) and Appendix 2 to this contract (product directory).

A claim of the contractor to call off the assembly and delivery service to a certain extent does not exist, in particular there is no claim to call off the expected call-off quantities listed in Annex 6 to this contract.

Swivel chairs, 24-hour swivel chairs, visitor chairs and cantilever conference chairs
