The subject of the contract is the supply and implementation of IT equipment with software and digitization of databases as part of the project "Digitization and implementation of public e-services in the Krakow Poviat", consisting of 5 Products. The implementation of the project will ensure more modern case handling through the use of information and communication technologies. To this end, it is planned to implement e-services, modernize the IT infrastructure of the office and ensure a higher level of cybersecurity.

1. The implementation of the project assumes:

1) Purchase of a server and software to create a virtualization system, which will ensure, m.in. effective use of IT equipment, data availability at any time, simple data recovery, data migration to the cloud.

2) Purchase of fiber optic switches, switches, disk arrays and operating systems.

3) Increasing the level of security of data collected and transmitted both between employees of the office and to citizens/external entities.

4) Creating a digital crisis management and registration system, which will improve the work of the crisis management team,

5) Development of public e-services for architectural and environmental protection tasks.

6) Implementation of a system for digital handling of public tasks in the field of architecture and environmental protection.

7) Creating a platform for group work and communication, which will increase the efficiency and speed of officials' work.

8) Launch of the SIP map portal.

9) Digitization of analog basic maps in order to create reference databases BDOT500 and GESUT for the area of the cadastral unit Krzeszowice – city.
