The service is for a maximum of three months. The contract to be concluded takes the form of a framework agreement concluded with a holder with a minimum quantity, defined in number of beneficiaries to be covered by the contract. This minimum is defined for the single lot in this notice for the 1 re contractual period of execution of the contract. For the 2 e and 3 e contractual periods of one year of execution of the contract in the event of renewal, the minimums are indicated in the decision to renew under the conditions set out in the documents of the consultation.

The purpose of the market is to provide professional integration services such as "Activ'Créa Emergence" for job seekers in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region as described in the Contract and in the functional and technical specifications (CCFT).
