1. The subject of the contract is CURRENT MAINTENANCE OF THE ROAD LANE IN THE FIELD OF MOWING GRASS IN THE CITY OF BIELSKO-BIAŁA;
2. The subject of the contract has been divided into five parts - SCOPES;
3. Detailed definition of the scope of the subject of the contract is contained in Chapters III - V of the Terms of Contract (hereinafter referred to as "SWZ");
4. The Contracting Authority allows submission of partial bids for individual of the above-mentioned Tasks (parts) of the contract;
5. The economic operator may submit a tender for one or all of the lots;
6. The selection of the most advantageous offer will take place separately for each part of the order – each Task.
Current maintenance of the road lane in the field of grass mowing in the city of Bielsko-Biała – SCOPE I.The subject of the contract in SCOPE I is the performance of works related to the current maintenance of the road lane in the field of double (repeatable) mowing of grass in the City of Bielsko-Biała,
in the locations indicated in Table 1, constituting an annex to Technical Specification No. 1 – SCOPE I (Chapter IV SWZ).
Current maintenance of the road lane in the field of grass mowing in the city of Bielsko-Biała – SCOPE II.The subject of the contract in SCOPE II is the performance of works related to the current maintenance of the road lane in the field of double (repeatable) mowing of grass in the City of Bielsko-Biała,
in the locations indicated in Table 2, constituting an annex to Technical Specification No. 2 – SCOPE II (Chapter IV SWZ).
Current maintenance of the road lane in the field of grass mowing in the city of Bielsko-Biała – SCOPE III.The subject of the contract in SCOPE III is the performance of works related to the current maintenance of the road lane in the scope of double (repetitive) mowing of grass in the City of Bielsko-Biała,
in the locations indicated in Table 3, constituting an annex to Technical Specification No. 3 – SCOPE III (Chapter IV SWZ).

Current maintenance of the road lane in the field of grass mowing in the city of Bielsko-Biała – SCOPE V.The subject of the contract in SCOPE V is the execution of Japanese knotweed growing on the roadsides, sidewalks and bicycle paths in the city of Bielsko-Biała, in the locations indicated in tables No. 5.1. and 5.2., constituting an attachment to Technical Specification No. 5 – SCOPE V.
