1. The subject of the contract is the construction of the Centre for Bioinformatics and Clinical Biostatistics of the Medical University of Bialystok together with land development, technical infrastructure, equipment and development of design documentation.

2. For a detailed description of the item of the order, see Annex 2 to the SWZ. All work must be scaled and carried out based on Annex 2 to the SWZ.

4. On the subject of the contract, the Ordering Party requests at least 60-month warranty.

5. The term of the contract:

a) for the preparation of complete design documentation along with the submission of an application for a building permit – 5 months from the date of conclusion of the contract,

b) construction and installation works with equipment and obtaining an occupancy permit – 21 months from the date of concluding the contract.
