The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity with a total estimated volume of 7.209,244 MWh (+/- 15%) for the period from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2022 and the function of the Trade Balancing Entity (POB) for all the contracting PPE, including in one PPE in the direction of retrieval and production.

The supply of electricity will take place for the needs of the contracting authority.

The Contractor will be obliged to conclude with the Contracting Party in addition to the contract for the sale of electricity between 1 January 2022 and 31 December 2022, also an agreement for the sale of electricity generated in the renewable RES energy source (in the direction of generation), on the basis of production), on the basis of which the contractor will buy from the contracting officer (seller) surplus electricity produced in the RES and not consumed for the Ordering Party's own needs. The relevant agreements should be signed prior to the notification of the change to the contracting PPE vendor on the energy market participants' information exchange platform.
