The entity to be acquired comprises the support services for external recruitment intended for the use of companies belonging to the Traffic Management Company Fintraffic Oy (hereinafter referred to as Fintraffic).
The services are divided into three categories: recruitment services, headhunting services and psychological personal assessments.

Recruitment servicesThe tasks for which we could use an external recruiter can be both operational recruitments and expert, managerial and managerial level recruitments.
The recruitment service provider must have several years of experience in the comprehensive implementation of recruitment at all these levels. A more detailed description in the description document of the object of procurement.

In order to ensure that the right talents are recruited to the company, the people conducting our personnel assessments must be experienced and licensed psychologists certified for personal assessments with experience in conducting personal assessments in the traffic management sector.
Suorahaku/ headhuntingWe use executive search services mainly in challenging expert and managerial recruitments, it is especially important that the consultants conducting headhunting for us have several years of experience in demanding expert and managerial recruitments in Finland. There should be evidence of recruitment in the Digital and ICT sectors in particular, but also of a wide range of different types of expert and management-level positions
