The public contract is a framework agreement which fixes all the contractual stipulations. It is carried out as and when order forms are issued under the conditions set out in articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public order code. The framework agreement is concluded with a minimum but without a maximum expressed in quantity within the meaning of article R. 2162-4, 2 ° of the public order code. The minimum quantities for the entire period of validity of the public contract, by establishment and by lot, are specified in Annex 1 of the CCTP. The public contract is a single beneficiary. The public market is processed at unit prices set in the Unit Price Schedule (BPU) for the lot concerned.
This is an allotted market - number of lots: 43All the supplies that can be ordered are described in the Special technical clauses (CCTP) and in its appendix nº 1: catalog of requirements. The estimated quantities per establishment and per lot are specified in Annex 1 of the CCTP: catalog of requirements. The estimated quantities of the public contract are forecast over the total duration of the contract.
