A framework agreement shall be signed with fixed terms for delivery of further defined services and goods, hereunder Central Infrastructure components and End Point equipment, to the Contracting Authority's Interaction systems (video conference systems and central telephony).

Furthermore, a continuous maintenance agreement which shall include further defined maintenance services related to both the content in the existing Interaction systems (video conference systems and central telephony), as well as the expansions that occur due to call-off contracts established by the framework agreement.
