The subject of the Contract is the performance of maintenance and maintenance services for the GSM-R network, including services defined in detail in Chapter 3 of the Description of the Subject of the Contract constituting Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference, consisting in the performance of Planned and Emergency Maintenance in relation to the following elements of the infrastructure:
1) Radio Communication Facilities and Technical Stations;
(2) central facilities;
3) OS control objects.
Task 1 – maintenance and servicing service for radio communication facilities and accompanying infrastructure provided by Kapsch (currently Kontron Transportation)Task No. 1 – includes the implementation of maintenance and servicing services for equipment, radio communication facilities and accompanying infrastructure built as part of the following projects:
a) E30, 7.1-14, Opole – Wrocław – Legnica;
b) E20, 7.1-25 LOT E;
c) E30, 7.1-15 Legnica - Węgliniec - Bielawa Dolna, including for the Central Facilities in Warsaw, 5a Białostocka Street and Poznań, 4a Kolejowa Street;
d) E20, 7.1-25 LOT A, Łowicz - Poznań - Kunowice.
Task 2 – Maintenance and service for radio communication facilities and associated infrastructure provided by Nokia Solutions And NetworksTask No. 2 – includes the implementation of maintenance and servicing services for equipment, radio communication facilities and accompanying infrastructure, built as part of the following projects:
a) E20, 7.1-25 LOT B, Łowicz-Terespol;
b) 1 and 17, 7.1-24.1 Warsaw – Łódź;
c) E65, 5.1-1 Warsaw-Gdynia.
