                        Provision of forest management services in the area of the "Śnieżka" Forest District in 2024
The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended – the "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, wood harvesting and harvesting, and works related to the production of planting material,  forest by-use and seed production, to be carried out in the area of the "Śnieżka" Forest District in 2024. Planned start and end date of the contract: from 01.01.2024. until 31.12.2024
Package 1 - L. Staniszów (timber harvesting and harvesting), L. Miłków, Podgórzyn, Przesieka
The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management, including works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, wood harvesting and harvesting, as well as works related to the production of planting material, forest by-use and seed production, to be performed in the area of the "Śnieżka" Forest District in 2024.  within 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. The material scope of the services constituting the subject of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence shall not exceed 40% of the value of this contract.

Package 10 - Forest Container Nursery
The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management, including works related to the production of planting material, by-use of the forest and seed production to be performed in the area of the "Śnieżka" Forest District in 2024. The material scope of the services constituting the subject of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence shall not exceed 40% of the value of this contract.

Package 2 - L. Karpacz (timber harvesting and harvesting),
The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management, including works in the field of timber harvesting and harvesting to be performed in the area of the "Śnieżka" Forest District in 2024. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract. The material scope of the services constituting the subject of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence shall not exceed 40% of the value of this contract.
