This consultation concerns a framework agreement for intellectual services for the development of: -A basic map and an action plan including the risks common to all the establishments, which may be adapted by each CCI according to their specificities, activities, particular missions or mode of organisation -An update of the maps and action plans at the request of each CCI by means of two means of each CCI's choice o Either an update to the day carried out directly by the holder o Either an update carried out by the internal staff who will be previously trained by the holder These studies will be carried out on the basis of Articles 3 and 17 of Law No. 2016-1691 of 9 December 2016 on transparency, the fight against corruption and the modernisation of economic life (Sapin II law)
