The contract is for the procurement of furniture within the following furniture categories for schools and offices:
1) office furniture with accessories
2) office room lighting
3) storage
4) furniture for social zones
5) pupil tables
6) pupil chairs
7) lecterns
8) boards, including whiteboards and glass boards
9) meeting room furniture with accessories
10) canteen furniture
11) furniture for multipurpose halls with accessories
12) library/archive shelves
13) cloakrooms and benches
14) environmental stations
15) simple stores/small archives
16) curtains
17) acoustic elements
18) reception furniture
The contracting authorities for this contest are Lillehammer, Øyer, Gausdal, Ringsaker, Stange, Løten, Hamar, Elverum, Ringebu, and Sør-Fron (see the annex Contracting Authorities Covered by the Contest).
The contest is being held by Ringsaker Municipality on behalf of other contracting authorities.
Each contracting authority will sign an individual contract and will be responsible for their own fulfilment of the contract.
The follow up of the contract on a general level, including conversations with the tenderers, for all contracting authorities will be carried out by the authority responsible for the contract. Ringsaker Municipality is responsible for the contract.
Ringebu and Sør-Fron Municipalities currently have a framework agreement for whiteboards.
