The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Act on Forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting, meadow and agricultural management and hunting to be carried out in the Czarne Człuchowskie Forest District in 2022.

1) The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6, paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (i.e. :D z.U. of 2022, item 672 – Act on Forests) covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood, meadow and agricultural management and hunting to be carried out in the Czarne Człuchowskie Forest District in 2022.

2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood, meadow and agricultural management and hunting, resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of:

Attachment no. 3.1.–size of works according to groups of activities, activities and locations;

Annex No 3.2. —timber collection sortyment system;

Appendix No. 3.3.– a list of distances and conditions of harvesting wood;

Appendix No. 3.4. – a list of items not made available for machine acquisition;

Appendix No. 3.5. – information on the use of possible technologies for harvesting wood;

Attachment No. 3.6.– List of areas where the PROTECTION OF RAIDS AND UNDERGROWTHS is planned;

3) The material ranges listed in Annexes No. 3.1.-3.3. and 3.5. are estimates.

4) Quality standards relating to all relevant features of the subject of the contract are specified in Decision No. 19 of the Director General of the State Forests of 17 March 2021 on the introduction of the "Description of the standard of forestry work technology" in organizational units of the State Forests, and Decision No. 69 of the Director of the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Szczecinek of 8.10.2021. amending Decision No. 22 of 7.05.2021 on the introduction of the "Regional Description of the Forestry Technology Standard".

The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract formed the basis for the determination of the quality requirements relating to the elements consisting of the object of the contract contained in the Annex No 4 to SWZ (Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works).

5. Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Annex 4 to SWZ.

6. A description of the principles of the procedure for receiving forestry work is set out in Annex No 4 to the SWZ.

7) The implementation of works included in the subject of the contract for individual Packages will take place in the area of forests – appropriate for a given Package ("Package Implementation Area"). The location (forest address) of individual forest works falling within the scope of the Subject of the Agreement indicated in Annexes 3.1.– 3.3 is preliminary. The location (forest address) of individual works falling within the scope of the Subject of the Agreement will be specified in the Order referred to in point 3.3. point 1), with the proviso that it will always be the Package Implementation Area.

8) Due to the actual natural and weather situation that may occur during the implementation of the subject of the contract, as well as the currently unforeseen economic and economic situation, the Ordering Party reserves the right to make reducing corrections, increasing adjustments, arrangements of new locations, as well as suspending the activities indicated in individual rows of tables describing the subject of the contract. Increasing adjustments do not imply the introduction of new works not covered by the scope of the contract, and reducing corrections do not mean the complete abandonment of part of the work. It should be understood as increasing the number of works in one location (forest address) in the Package Implementation Area (including locations in the Package Implementation Area not initially indicated in the SWZ), while reducing the number of works in another location (forest address) in the Package Implementation Area (including locations in the Package Implementation Area not initially indicated in the SWZ).

Appendix No. 3.2. – assortment system of timber harvesting;

Annex No 3.3. —the statement of the distances and conditions of the wood ripping;

Appendix No. 3.4. – a list of items not made available for machine acquisition;

Appendix No. 3.5.–information on the use of possible technologies for harvesting wood;

Attachment No. 3.6.–List of surfaces where protection of RAIDS AND UNDERGROWTHS is planned;

3) The material ranges listed in Annexes No. 3.1.-3.3. and 3.5. are estimates.

4) Quality standards relating to all relevant features of the subject of the contract are specified in Decision No. 19 of the General Director of the State Forests of 17 March 2021 on the introduction of the "Description of the standard of technology for the performance of forest works" in organizational units of the State Forests, and Decision No. 69 of the Director of the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Szczecinek of October 8, 2021 amending Decision No. 22 of May 7, 2021 on the introduction to the application of the "Regional description of the standard of forestry technology".
