The contract is a single-awarding framework agreement with purchase orders. Its purpose is the rental of coaches with driver and the rental of minibuses without drivers for various services of the city. The services are divided into 2 separate lots, the specifications and descriptions for each lot are given in the C.C.T.P. (P3.1 for lot 1 and P3.2 for lot 2). The contract is for an initial duration of one year, renewable by tacit agreement 3 times one year. Minimum amount: 0 euros, maximum annual amount: 95,000 euros excluding VAT (lot 1) and 10,000 euros excluding VAT (lot 2) and maximum amount over the total duration (all periods included): 380,000 euros excluding VAT (lot 1) and 40,000 euros excluding VAT (lot 2).
