Contract for the Approved Wheelchair Repairer Service for the Staffordshire region, for equipment administered by the Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent Partnership NHS Trust.

Wheelchair Service. The service will be covering one area in North Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent the second area covered will be South Staffordshire.

Separate prices will be required at ITT stage for the two areas, however the intention is to award one sole provider.

The contract shall cover all or a combination of the following elements:

— delivery, collection and storage service,

— repair service,

— modification service,

— wipe down/refurbishing service,

— planned preventative maintenance service – powered wheelchairs,

— management information.
