Restoration of town hall Reichertshofen - engineering services Technical equipment Plant group 4-6

Engineering services technical equipment according to § 55 HOAI, plant groups 4 to 6, service phases 1-3 and 5-9 and special services for the renovation of the town hall. The service phases are commissioned in stages.

Stage 1: LPH 1-3

Stage 2: LPH 5-9

The former schoolhouse, now the town hall, forms part of the listed town hall ensemble together with the House of Clubs and the former stables.

The town hall is now to be rehabilitated in a first construction phase, analogous to Alternative 1 of the feasibility study. As an option, the outbuildings should also be renovated in a second construction phase in line with Alternative 1 of the feasibility study.

1st construction phase: City Hall renovation approx. 1,436 m² GFA

2nd construction phase (optional): renovation of outbuildings approx. 600 m² GFA

The following investigations have already been carried out in advance and the contents of which are made available to the participants:

- 2014 structural investigation

- 2014 findings examination

- 2020 feasibility study

The renovation measures for the town hall are to be implemented in a construction phase; the town hall operation will take place elsewhere during the renovation. As part of the renovation measure, a complete renewal of the building services can be assumed.
