It is organised within the framework of a purchasing centre operated by the Urban Community of Dunkirk (Cud) open to the following beneficiaries: the member municipalities of the Dunkirk Urban Community, associated municipalities, CCAS and social action sections as well as the entities that the Dunkirk Urban Community finances or controls.
