Renovation of 77 nursing homes distributed among 7 wards in each of their building section with three sections á 12 dwellings, three sections á 10 dwellings and one section á 11 dwellings.

All building sections are accessed from a common conservatory, which serves as a focal point for the care center.

The 7 wards each have attached a common living area where residents have a dining and living area. Each section is also attached to a service area containing depot, rinse room, mm.

Brønderslev Municipality wants a new and timely care centre where the housing, common areas and services part appear as a natural part of the home, workplace and community which can be expected from a modern care centre.
