Description:
Fuel supply in the form of refuelling divided into 6 parts

The subject of the contract is the delivery (in the form of refueling) of diesel oil (ON) to vehicles owned by the Ordering Party throughout the term of the contract. The fuel covered by this order, i.e. diesel oil (ON), should comply with the requirements of Polish Quality Standards PN-EN or equivalent.

The whole subject of the contract is divided into 6 parts and includes refueling of fuels for vehicles from the headquarters and branches and exit points of the Ordering Party in a total estimated amount: 179.200 liters.

The Contractor should have at its disposal the Service Station(s) working 7 days a week for at least 16 hours a day throughout the term of the contract, located depending on the parts (1-6) respectively within the administrative boundaries of the cities: Biała Podlaska, Międzyrzec Podlaski, Radzyń Podlaski, Terespol, Parczew and Wisznice or, depending on the part, at a distance calculated from the administrative border of the city/town based on the online map of the www.mapa.targeo.pl

Refueling in Biała Podlaska

1. The subject of the contract in the scope of lot No. 1 is the delivery (in the form of refueling) of diesel oil (ON) to vehicles from the Ordering Party's headquarters (Biała Podlaska, Warszawska 20 Street) owned by the Ordering Party throughout the term of the contract in the total estimated quantity: 82,000 liters. The fuel covered by this order, i.e. diesel oil (ON), should comply with the requirements of Polish Quality Standards PN-EN or equivalent.

2. The Contractor should have at its disposal the Fuel Station(s) working 7 days a week for at least 16 hours a day throughout the term of the contract, located respectively within the administrative boundaries of the city: Biała Podlaska at a distance calculated from the administrative border of the city on the basis of an online map www.mapa.targeo.pl the distance cannot be calculated in a straight line, only as a road (car) distance: not exceeding 5 km.

3. The quality of the delivered fuel must meet the requirements contained in the legal regulations in force on the day of delivery, including in particular the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680, as amended).

4. The contracting authority allows for the possibility of submitting partial tenders – number of lots: 6. A tender may be submitted for one or all lots of the contract.

5. The Ordering Party allows the possibility of completing the order using fuel cards.

6. The fuel card must:

1) be protected with a PIN code,

2) enable keeping an electronic register of transactions without interference of the Contractor's and the Ordering Party's employees, and each transaction will be confirmed by a printout from the terminal, containing, m.in. odometer value during refueling, date of refueling, vehicle registration number, type of fuel, gross quantity and value, fuel card number.

3) The Contractor shall enable permanent access to the records (transaction register) via an online account in order to control transactions and costs on an ongoing basis.

7. The Contracting Authority shall not permit the submission of variant tenders.

8. If the tender documentation indicates trademarks, patents or origin, sources or a specific process that characterizes products or services provided by a specific contractor, the Contracting Authority shall allow solutions equivalent to those in accordance with the technical data and parameters contained in the documentation. Equivalent solutions should be understood as solutions characterized by parameters not worse than required and contained in the documentation.

NOTE: A proper name is the name under which the object marked by it occurs (or would occur) both in Poland and in other countries.

If the description of the subject of the contract contains references to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101(1)(2) and (3) of the PPL, the Contracting Authority shall allow solutions equivalent to those described. The Contractor who refers to solutions equivalent to those described by the Contracting Authority is obliged to demonstrate that the supplies offered by it meet the requirements specified by the Contracting Entity.

9. The model contract constitutes Annex 3 to the SWZ are an integral part of this documentation and the provisions contained therein are treated as conditions for awarding the contract.

Refueling in Międzyrzec Podlaski

1. The subject of the contract in the scope of lot No. 2 is the delivery (in the form of refueling) of diesel oil (ON) to the vehicles of the Ordering Party's exit point (Międzyrzec Podlaski, Brzeska 29 Street) owned by the Ordering Party throughout the term of the contract in the total estimated quantity: 15,000 liters. The fuel covered by this order, i.e. diesel oil (ON), should comply with the requirements of Polish Quality Standards PN-EN or equivalent.

2. The Contractor should have at its disposal the Fuel Station(s) working 7 days a week for at least 16 hours a day throughout the term of the contract, located respectively within the administrative boundaries of the city: Międzyrzec Podlaski at a distance calculated from the administrative border of the city on the basis of an online map www.mapa.targeo.pl the distance cannot be calculated in a straight line, only as a road (car) distance: not exceeding 5 km.

3. The quality of the delivered fuel must meet the requirements contained in the legal regulations in force on the day of delivery, including in particular the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680, as amended).

The fuel covered by this order, i.e. diesel oil (ON), should comply with the requirements of Polish Quality Standards PN-EN or equivalent.

2. The Contractor shall have at its disposal the Service Station(s) working 7 days a week for at least 16 hours a day throughout the term of the contract, located respectively within the administrative boundaries of the city: Parczew at a distance calculated from the administrative border of the city on the basis of an online map www.mapa.targeo.pl the distance cannot be calculated in a straight line, but as the road (car) distance: not exceeding 5 km.

The subject of the contract in the scope of part No. 4 is the supply (in the form of refueling) of diesel oil (ON) to vehicles of the Ordering Party's branch (Radzyń Podlaski, Wisznicka 109) owned by the Ordering Party throughout the term of the contract in the total estimated quantity: 35,000 liters. The fuel covered by this order, i.e. diesel oil (ON), should comply with the requirements of Polish Quality Standards PN-EN or equivalent.

2. The Contractor should have a Service Station(s) working 7 days a week for at least 16 hours a day throughout the term of the contract, located respectively within the administrative boundaries of the city: Radzyń Podlaski at a distance calculated from the administrative border of the city on the basis of an online map www.mapa.targeo.pl the distance cannot be calculated in a straight line, only as the road (car) distance: not exceeding 5 km.

3. The fuel covered by this order, i.e. diesel oil (ON), should comply with the requirements of Polish Quality Standards PN-EN or equivalent.

2. The Contractor should have at its disposal the Service Station(s) working 7 days a week for at least 16 hours a day throughout the term of the contract, located respectively within the administrative boundaries of the city: Terespol at a distance calculated from the administrative border of the city on the basis of an online map www.mapa.targeo.pl the distance cannot be calculated in a straight line, but as a road (car) distance: not exceeding 5 km.

The fuel covered by this order, i.e. diesel oil (ON), should comply with the requirements of Polish Quality Standards PN-EN or equivalent.

2. The Contractor should have at its disposal the Service Station(s) working 7 days a week for at least 16 hours a day throughout the term of the contract, located respectively within the administrative boundaries of the city: Terespol at a distance calculated from the administrative border of the city on the basis of an online map www.mapa.targeo.pl the distance cannot be calculated in a straight line, but as a road (car) distance: not exceeding 15 km.
