The purpose of the procurement is to meet the County Board's need for harvesting with harvesters, handling timber and rice with Scots, and manual circumvention such as chopping with chainsaw or clearing saw in connection with harvesting/shotting.

The measures mainly concern cultivation landscapes and woodland within nature protected areas (nature reserves or Natura 2000 areas). Other valuable chips in Threatened Species Action Programs (ÅGP) may also become current. Missions may vary in scope.
